Since his comedy debut, Troy has won countless national comic competitions, including the 'You Gotta Be Joking' competition at the Comic's Lounge in Melbourne This win saw Troy receive the prize of a trip to New York to attend the American Institute of Comedy.
Troy has since performed at a number of well-known clubs in the US, has made a number of guest appearances on Nova's Hughsie and Kate for Breakfast, and appeared in sketches featured in Peter Helliar's The Bounce on Channel 7.
Not limiting himself to gigs in Australia and the US, Troy has also taken his act to Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bali, Jakarta, Hong Kong, and has toured East Timor and the Soloman Islands entertaining the troops of Australia's Armed Defense Forces.
Troy also has a rapidly growing online following, thanks to the popularity of his YouTube videos and his Gametime podcast with Josh Lawson.
A talented director, editor and producer, Max was raised in Hong Kong with film and technology at his feet. Moving back to Australia in 2004, he began film-making at an early age before working in marketing at a booming online agency.
His first break was in 2008, filming a spring racing carnival TV Commercial with football legend Kevin Sheedy. To date, Max has produced over 150 TV Commercials, including over 15 large scale campaigns.
