Chocolate Christmas Pudding with Brandy Vanilla Custard & Ice Cream



1x500g Woolworths Gold Belgian Chocolate Pudding
500ml vanilla custard
3/4 cup Woolworths Select thickened cream
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
2-3 tbs brandy
1 Litre Woolworths Select Cookies & Cream or Honey Macadamia Ice Cream


Reheat the pudding following packet directions.

To make the brandy vanilla custard, combine the custard, cream and vanilla in a saucepan and stir over medium heat until warm.

Stir in the brandy and heat a further 2-3 minutes but don’t boil.

Cut the warm pudding into pieces and serve with brandy vanilla custard & a scoop of ice-cream.

Woolworths Cooking Tips:

You can make the custard up to 3 days ahead. Store in a clean, an airtight jar in the fridge. Warm on stovetop or on Medium/50% power in the microwave.

For a delicious chocolate custard, chop 200g Woolworths Select Dark Chocolate and stir into the warm custard with the brandy.
