3 scoops of Mascarpone Zabaione gelato
3 discs of chocolate sponge cake
Instant coffee (for soaking sponge cake)
100gms melted nutella
50gms crushed amaretti biscuits
50gms crushed macadamia nuts
Mix the instant coffee with hot water, leave to cool and then soak sponge cake in coffee liquid.
In the base of your serving glass or dish, Layer the cake followed by a scoop of gelato and melted nutella. Simply sprinkle the crushed amaretti buscuits and macadamia nuts and you're done! This process can be repeated multiple times to increase height of the gelato.
