While Dom hasn't fully addressed the controversial interview with Jack Dunkley yet, she said she's been dealing with anxiety.

Over the weekend, former MAFS stars Domenica Calarco and Ella Ding were slammed online after they interviewed MAFS' Jack Dunkley and Tori Adams on their podcast Sit With Us, with fans calling out the hosts and Jack for his defence around his controversial "muzzle your woman" comment.

Abbie Chatfield also called the girls out for the interview, first in the comments, then later on her own podcast It's A Lot.

"Really disappointing to see the victim blaming here, and the allowance for a man to speak in such a dehumanising way about a woman because she … spoke too much?" Abbie Chatfield commented at the time. "This is really worrying. Particularly in the current climate, this is really incredibly awful. I feel a bit sick to be honest, girls. I’d take this episode down if I were you, apologise, and try to educate yourselves on the inner workings on patriarchy and how you have upheld it in this interview. I actually feel sick."

Dom has now broken her silence in a series of TikToks and while she hasn't addressed Abbie, the interview, or the backlash directly, she told followers she's been feeling a lot of anxiety and that she and Ella will be addressing things "soon".

In one video, Dom shared that she had been picking at her skin due to her anxiety, showing off scratches on her arms to her TikTok followers. "It's really scary," she said. "It's scary that this stress, and this anxiety, and this pressure and this feeling of failure, and this feeling of not good enough, and this feeling of 'I've f***ed up'."

Dom said that she wasn't doing the video for sympathy, but rather to say that she's human and that she feels and sees everything. "I'm feeling everything, my self-esteem is literally at an all-time low," she said.

The former reality star then later uploaded another video redoing her makeup after saying she had a cry. "Life keeps going, I'm going to walk out the door and I'm going to be confident and strong and believe in myself."

People in the comments were divided when it came to their opinion, with some still calling out Dom for not reflecting on why people were upset and others sticking up for the former MAFS star.

"In the light of our society at the moment we cannot give misogynistic men an inch. Not one. Women must speak up against it," one person commented, to which Dom replied, "Obviously upon reflection, we wish we had done things differently. We will be addressing this in full very soon."

"I am definitely not a fan of Abbie Chatfield. I love you and Ella and your podcasts. In this instance, I dont think that you should have given Jack and Tori a platform. Sorry you feel this way," one person said.

"Own it, babe. Sometimes the more you fight it the more you struggle. Hit your low but don’t stay there for too long," another said.

"You didn’t f**k up. It’s a bump in the road. I didn’t support the whole muzzle segment and your approach on the topic but I won’t stop listening. It bummed me out a bit but you can overcome this," one fan said. "We all make mistakes. Take time to reflect and just do better. It’s okay…you will be okay. Keep trying," another person encouraged.
