French diver breaks bi-fins deep diving world record

French free diver Arnaud Jerald broke the world record for the deepest free dive in the bi-fins category on Tuesday (September 15) off the coast of the Greek town of Kalamata. "Today is my world record, it's a world record for me - 112 (metres) in bi-fin. It's an incredible experience, I did five dives at 111, because in the past it was the new attempt for the world record," Jerald said. Source: Reuters
