This festival is a bbq lovers dream

Meatstock Festival sees barbecue teams fire up their grills to cook the best beef brisket, lamb, pork, ribs and chicken. Thousands of people attended this year’s event in Sydney, including us, and it’s guaranteed no one ever leaves here hungry. Buffalo Trace Bourbon even had Australia’s biggest spit pit, where barbecue competition team The Flamin’ Mongrels slow-cooked 300kg of beef, basted in Kentucky Pitmaster Big Moe Cason’s famous Bourbon BBQ Sauce.
