Former Kansas City Fed Chair Thomas Hoenig on Paul Volcker's legacy

Former Fed chairman Paul Volcker died Sunday at the age of 92. Volcker was best known for successfully taming inflation in the 1980s and is known to the most recent generation of investors for his work after the crisis in establishing the Volcker Rule. Thomas Hoenig, the former President of the Kansas City Fed and Former Vice Chairman of the FDIC, joined The Final Round to discuss Volcker's legacy.
