Australian Firefighters' Times Square Ad Thanks American Crews for Their Help

In a grateful gesture to American firefighters, the New South Wales Rural Fire Service took out an ad in New York’s Times Square to thank those who traveled to Australia to battle the 2019-2020 bushfires.

The ad space was donated by Silvercast Media, who own the 4K HD resolution billboard in Time Square where the ad was displayed.

More than 100 firefighters came to Australia from the US to help fight the bushfires in Australia from December 2019 and were deployed in several locations across the country.
