Moment earthquake rattles Melbourne's famous peregrine falcons

The birds which live on top of a buliding at 367 Collins Streett have a cult following with almost 20,000 followers on Facebook. The video shows the male flying off the nest to investigate what is shaking the building, according to Dr Victor Hurley from Victorian Peregrine Project. Moments later the female returns to sitt on the nest. The 5.8 magnitude quake is not believed to have been strong enough to harm the eggs. Source: VPP / Mirvac
