Adam, Jamie and the team explore four previously tested myths, using viewer suggestions for improvement or new tests. First they test whether a water heater turned on its side can act as a cannon if it explodes. Then, a repeat of Fireworks Man, where Buster was launched into space by hundreds of powerful fireworks. Next, a limousine balanced on the edge of a cliff can topple if a bird perches on the hood; and finally, a challenge to try new feats using excavators.

Can a fire extinguisher be used to hold off an attack from a flamethrower? Adam and Jamie tackle an internet sensation about an epic duel between a flamethrower and a carbon dioxide fire extinguisher. Meanwhile, Kari, Grant and Tory test if you can blind a spy drone with a human-made dust cloud and pull off a kidnapping like they did in the film Body of Lies.

Adam and Jamie attempt to re-create a scene from the film, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. They set out to determine whether a group of six people in a suspended spherical cage could swing over to one side of a ravine, using only their own body weight, and then grab on to vines on the ravine wall and make their escape. Meanwhile, Kari, Grant and Tory test whether a 200 litre oil drum filled with 15 litres of methanol can be fitted with wheels and ignited to propel it at high speed like a go-kart.

Adam and Jamie have a movie myth they were 'Bourne'for and the build team take to the skies to investigate the mystery of 'blue ice'. First up, the boys try to reproduce a scene from the film, The Bourne Supremacy, by using a magazine in a toaster to set off a huge gas explosion. Meanwhile, Kari, Grant and Tory investigate the origins of destructive frozen substances that can fall from the sky.
