The exploits of Thomas Magnum, an ex-Naval Intelligence Agency officer turned private detective. Magnum, whose reasons for leaving the Navy are not explained, lives on the fabulous Hawaiian estate of Robin Masters, a successful pulp writer, in return for providing its security.
