Tricep Push Ups – back of arms
3 sets x 10 repetitions – 1 min in between

Bicep Curls – front of the arms
3 sets x 10 repetitions – 1 min in between

GWEN STEFANI’S TUMMY

Prone Hold
3 sets x 1 min – 1 min in between

Sit Ups
3 sets x 10 – 1 min in between

• You need to have a body fat reading of 10% or less to have your abs showing.

• Cardio exercise & reducing your calorie intake a day will help to reduce fat.

• Cut back on high fat / high processed foods.

• Also cut back on sugary products.

• Alcohol has 7 calories per gram & needs to be reduced to help drop fat.

You need to walk for:
30 min to burn 375 cals
17 min to swim
12 min to run off
13 min to cycle off
