Hypnoband Therapy

One year ago, UK resident Emma Eveleigh Anderton had hypnotherapy to try and make her think she was wearing a gastric band. It’s called "hypnoband therapy" and it appears to have worked.

The therapy works by using a combination of cognitive behavioural therapy and hypnotherapy to 'reprogramme' a patient's mind to respond differently in everyday situations involving food.
