(1) Top a biscuit, chocolate side facing down, with a large scoop of ice-cream.
(2) Top this with the second biscuit, chocolate side facing up. Press them together.
(3) Using a butter knife, smooth the edges, scraping away any excess ice-cream.
(4) Roll exposed ice-cream sides in coconut/nuts/sprinkles.
(5) Place on a tray and freeze for 30 minutes until firm.(1) Pull apart your cake into tiny pieces in a large bowl.
(2) Melt ½ cup white chocolate melts in the microwave (get an adult to help you). When the
chocolate has melted stir it into the cake mixture.
(3) Roll tablespoons of the mixture into small bite size balls (making sure it is packed
tight).
(4) Insert a paddle pop stick into each of your balls.
(5) Place remaining white chocolate into a large microwave safe bowl and repeat the chocolate
melting process. Add a few drops of the green food colouring to half of the mixture.
(6) Dip half the cake balls into the green chocolate mix and the other half into the white.(7) Sprinkle with festive edible decorations, and leave to set on baking paper.
(8) Serve in a decorated jar or vase to make it super festive!Great fun and entertainment including your favourite Disney shows.
