What you will need:

- Empty 1 litre drink bottle - 2 plastic rings - Strong sticking tape - Broom handle - 1 cup Vinegar - 2 tbls baking soda - Paper towel - A cork

What you do:

1. Strap the plastic rings to the empty bottle, so that they are in line with each other and can slide on to the broom handle. 2. Position the broom handle so that it points up at a 45 degree angle (placing it in a bucket of sand can help hold it in position). 3. Wrap the baking soda in the paper towel, so it makes a thin tube. 4. Place the vinegar in the bottom of the bottle. 5. Now this is the quick bit! Drop the paper towel into the bottle and as quick as you can cork the top. Then slide the bottle onto the broom handle and stand back fast! 6. The cork should pop off the bottle and with any luck your rocket will fly!
