What you'll need:

- Clear plastic soda or water bottles with lids-make sure you wash them out before you use them - Generous size bottle of vegetable oil - Food colouring - Alka-Seltzer tablets (can be picked up from supermarkets or chemists) - Water

What to do:

1. Fill the bottle 3/4 full with vegetable oil 2. Fill the rest of the bottle with water (almost to the top but not overflowing) 3. Add about 10 drops of food colouring 4. Divide the Alka-Seltzer tablets in four pieces 5. Drop one tiny piece of the tablet into the bottle. Watch what happens. 6. When the bubbling stops, add another piece of the Alka-Seltzer tablet. 7. When you have used the entire tablet and the bubbling has completely stopped, put the lid on tight. 8. Then tip the bottle back and forth and see tiny droplets of liquid join together to make one big Lava-like Blob. COOL!
