Love is in the air and in the Disney House this Saturday as we gear up for the most romantic day of the year – Valentine's Day. Shae's got a super cute craft for you to make to show your friends and family how much they mean to you.

All week, I've been searching to find the perfect Valentine's Day present for Shae and Nathan... and I think I've finally found it! You'll have to tune in to find out, but I'll give you a clue... I think the guys will find their gift pretty sweet.

Plus we've got all the greatest Disney shows here in one place. On Phineas and Ferb, it's not so much love in the air... as bubbles! I think cupid needs to make a pit stop in Malibu because on Hannah Montana, Lilly and Ollie are in trouble when Lilly has to move across the country. Sticking with the theme of friendship and love, on Sonny with a Chance, Sonny's best friend from home , Lucy, has come out to Hollywood for a visit!
