Black Rice Salad
• 2 cups of black rice boiled and cooled• Half a cup of toasted peanuts
Dressing
• Juice of half an orange1. In a bowl place your cooked rice and add the rest of your ingredients
2. Drizzle your dressing and gently toss
3. Refrigerate before serving
