Preheat a grill to approximately 200°C. Season and oil fish and place on grill.
Flip fish and put on flour tortillas. The flour tortillas need to be quickly grilled on both sides.
Place tortillas on plate, put sour cream on tortillas, place fish on top. Garnish with iceberg lettuce, tomato, red onion.
Finish with jalapeno and coriander leaves. Sprinkle with chilli powder.Serve and Enjoy
