"According to Entertainment Weekly , Balthazar Getty, who plays Tommy Walker in Brothers and Sisters , has been told he no longer has a future on the series as a regular. However, this doesn't spell the end for the oldest brother of the Walker clan, as reports suggest Getty is currently in talks with the show about adopting a recurring guest role, rather than having his character killed off. Speculation about Getty's departure from the drama, which chronicles the lives of a family's adult siblings, has been doing the rounds for some months, courtesy of his off-camera personal dramas. It was only last July that Getty was photographed with Sienna Miller, which brought on a spate of rumours, some even suggesting that he was disliked by his Brothers and Sisters co-stars. The photographs saw the melt-down of his marriage to Rosetta Getty, of whom he has four kids with. Entertainment Weekly further suggests that Getty's character Tommy is likely to relocate with his wife and baby, or just drift into the background. The Brothers and Sisters cast also includes Sally Field, Calista Flockhart and Rachel Griffiths. Brothers and Sisters will return to the Seven Network in February."
