You can't beat the old "butcher's". It needs to be fresh. Don't know about all that pansy stuff with the seafood. What's wrong with good old fish and chips. BTW if you want to know what a good chip tastes like try the Wallangarra Railway Station Restaurant (on NSW/QLD border).

I love wrasse. Most uneducated yobbo fishermen (90% of fishermen in Australia, that is), throw these back as junk fish, simply because they don't know what they are.
