Hey Shammy .... welcome back!

Hope you had a great Christmas/New Year break and that you're here to not only provide us with your cooking expertise and prowess in the kitchen, lol, but that you'll also lend a hand at keeping the trolls at bay! You'll be happy to know that you have an assistant with the latter job this time around .... Cleo has the troll spray at the ready so between you and her it should be a fun experience posting here this year (provided the forum behaves itself ..... it's currently crawling for me and I can't see what I'm typing until 5 minutes after the fact!

Had a good laugh at your post re the ACT and NT not being included in the show! However, you forgot to say that we, Canberrans, would also be very happy and proud to show the rest of Oz what a "Mitchell Platter" looks like along with the Fyshwick delicacy you mentioned! Hahaha .... hahahaha!

Catch you sometime later Shammy (et al) .... the system here is really crawling atm so I'll give foruming a miss until this glitch is rectified, if ever it will be .... it's been like this on and off on all Yahoo forums for a few weeks now so I'm not expecting any miracles anytime soon! Haa .... wouldn't you know it .... it's just sped right-up and I can finally see what I'm typing! WhooHooo!! Wonder how long it will last this time?

Andie I've already given someone a bit of a spray of the can, hope she not is a usual poster but she was complaining about the MKR adds during the tennis. I wanted to say I was annoyed the tennis was interrupting MKR rules coming back on but didn't want to offend tennis fans. Doing a happy dance at my desk & counting down.
Imagining the scientist tonight going into full mad scientist mode, cackiling, rubbing their hands together, laughing evilly & sounds of thunder & lightening coming from the kitchen as they are cooking.

@ Cleo - Totally agree re the MKR ads being far more interesting than the squawking/screaming/growling/grunting tennis players! Hang on .... that's what your doing now as you jump up and down on your desk, isn't it?

Good match last night though .... Djokovic deserved the win!

..... all is OK now with the posting speed but it slowed right down again when I replied to you on the other thread .... go figure!

Just had a quick look in here but there seems to be an obvious question: why don't you just BLOCK this guy if he's so aggravating? (or do you need it as an outlet for your frustrations). ?

Just what i needed Pigman's post brought to the top again , and in answer to your question the only moderation is when someone reports an abuser , like i have been doing with this Pigman for months, Yahoo don't give a sheet

My question in regards to moderation wasn't about an abuser or such, but rather all the superfluous threads floating around, Jilly. I wondered why they hadn't been cleaned up. makes it much easier to navigate the forum when there is an absence of redundant threads.

But, I see that rudeness is also a factor on the MKR forum.

Indigo you will notice that there are so many threads you can't possibly keep up with them , i dearly wish it was moderated like Channel 10 do as they don't allow 2 threads the same . The forum is very quiet to what it was last year and the year before where everyone just wanted to talk about the food , the posters in this series just want to bash the contestants with some horrible remarks , also some of the language on here is appalling
