When I first started watching this show I was really put off by the carry-on of the gay couple from QLD. But then I sat through an episode of creepy Thomas and Carla. They take the cake for stupidity and back stabbing creeps.

These two are pathetic and typical of the people I know from their home state. These two are low lifes and cannot cook.

We are a little behind in the series in Asia, so I am sticking with the show in the hope they get booted soon. I cant take their smarmy backstabbing behaviour. They are the creepiest people ever.

To the producers please dont give them airtime unless it is dedicated to booting them off the show.

My friend is Thomas' cousin. He isn't as bad as they make him out to be on the show. You need to actually know someone who knows him before you start judging.

I actually dont mind thomas and carla. they were my favourite to start with, but to "Vote Strategically" just to keep themselves off the bottom is just being a bad sport. The show is a competition yes. but its also about people and their passion for food and can actually cook, The west aussie's were the life of the show and didnt deserve to go home.

If thomas and carla are such good cooks... after cheeting there way out of not getting sent home after the instant Restaurant, they were in the first sudden death cook off!

Its unfortunate that their atittudes are about as popular as their Lavender deserts...

I'm devastated that Thomas and Carla are still in the competition. Makes me wonder why I'm wasting time watching this kind of program. Yes, it's a competition, but I've suddenly remembered the sinking feeling that this is all about having some challenging characters rather than actually getting inside people's cooking knowledge/techniques. Also - what happened about 'it's all about cooking from the heart' Jill and daughter in law were much more about that!

I absolutely hate this team, I think Thomas is the equivalent to a rat, and have actually stopped watching due to the them! I just can't believe there cheating and getting away with it, theyre not playing the game right and should be kicked off

So happy that they are in the cook off. No where to hide there, they deserve it- their food is crap! Also its a bonus that they are their because they are horrible back stabbing people.

Hahahahahah, love that everyone is getting in a froth over Thomas and Carla..the couple people love to hate!!!
I love it that their taste buds are so under-developed that children have better sense at pairing ingredients such as 'perfume tart and chicken with anything', They are on the bottom sudden death so maybe there is a clue, to what I can only hope, happens on their 'food journey'

I love that this team is so hated by the public, love it. Just watching them i get uncomfortable. surely post show, in the wake of radio interviews....they will wish they had rethought their agenda, or learnt to cook

Yea, I stopped watch the show because of Thomas and Carla. I just wanted to punch 'flat face' so much and it worked me up to much... so yea... here's hoping for a good season of masterchef.

That's kind of the point. They keep portraying themselves as wonderful chefs who deserve to win a cooking competition, and yet they suck donkeys. At least the rest of us have some sense of our limitations. I will confess to being pretty rubbish in the kitchen, and yet even I baulked at the ingredients for the dogs breakfast that they served up.

Lawyer Boy and Rocket Surgeon appear to be gradually coming back down to earth as the show goes on. I think they truely believed that they were amazing chefs because they read about it in a book, but now they are finding out that there is a lot more skill involved than they ever believed.

Pug Mouth and Snarla are just sad little Gen Y idiots who would be lucky to know what end of the frying pan to hold.

As a first time viewer of MKR I find the hatred levelled at T&C quite humorous. What we find remarkable is that they truly seem to think that they are great cooks. They clearly have no idea about flavour or cooking so their only option is to bag out everyone else.
As for Gary and David, they score an 11/10 for arrogance and like T&C they also believe that they are infallible in the kitchen.
It would seem that no one ever told them otherwise.
As for kicking them out, nah we love seeing people who cook worse than us, it gives us hope.
And none of you who threaten to turn off will do so, the ratings sure are picking up.

Yes, absolutely. I think Carla picked four ingredients tonight out of a lucky dip and hoped for the best. I could have done a better job with olives, tofu, anchovies and strawberries ... with a hint of Lavender, of course ... LOL. Get rid if them BOTH !

Thomas is a jerk who can't cook to save himself and should never have been selected to go on the show. Carla, do yourself a favour and ditch your cooking partner. It could prove to be the most STRATEGIC thing you ever do !

It's disgusting the way that everyone on the forum thinks it's ok to make fun of the mentally and physically disabled, which Thomas clearly is.
