I can't believe they chose these two bogans with no idea to be on the show. Bogan 1 just asked number 2 if the oven is hotter in the top of the oven or lower end. My 3 year old knows that s maybe I should apply with her next time. As for New York restaurant idea I doubt they have been at all. They have not thought through their menu and should fail miserably !!!!

I am disappointed with the format. gatecrashers!!! why does only one group suffer this indignity. the first group didn't have this problem, though I can understand why - they would have had a mental breakdown. are the second group handicapped by this change in format - the new characters look horrible, sound horrible and I know that if they tried this #$%$ at my house I'd throw them over the balcony! I want a show that shows us what is possible in the ordinary kitchen - not a #$%$ fest. that is what 2013 is to me!

I like to watch a good cooking competition but not a bitching competition where they make a disgrace of themselves, their families, their ethnic background and their state. Can channel 7 please take Ashley and Sophia out of the show.

Manu and Pete are the ones who have their reputations on the line here. They should be putting their foot down to make channel 7 change the format and stop focusing on the infighting and make it about cooking again. The people responsible for choosing the contestants should be called to task as well and told to fix it. I know it is mid season but surely they can do something to get some more decent cooks on the show and get rid of the ones they chose for drama instead of skill.

All the scores so far have been in the 50's/40's. And that's out of 110! It's pretty painful imo.
I guess at the end of the day, as long as this sort of TV gets the ratings, that's all Ch 7 care about, even if it is trashy.
But I wonder why people choose this over Masterchef and then complain about the lack of cooking skills and just cooking in general?? If you want to see actual talent, Masterchef is right there.

if I was on the show with my mrs and someone called her a mole on national tv.... the show would be sidelined whilst I was undergoing court proceedings for the damage caused by me to him for that fraudent slip......not to mention he looks like he rides side saddle...get that in ya little man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! disgusted by what the station thinks is a good advertisement nonetheless...putrid

They are either brilliant cooks or will simply end up with egg on their faces. If they're being paid to create fiction and they end up eating humble pie, then they'd want to be paid a lot for looking so daft on national television.

i am so sick of watching the asian gatecrashers they are rude and obnoxious they are spoiling the entire show the way they talk and roll there eyes
really they need to be pulled into line theyf have no right to be so horrible and i am coming so close to not watching if it wasnt for dan and steph i would stop.
both these asian females really are not contributing to anything the italian girls both have businesses that they run plus they run housholds and families they may not cook right sometimes but they deserve respect for what they do outside this contest.
if the shows produces do not see what a bad impact these women are having they are blind and stupid.

another throught if the asian gatecrashers win they will need to thank pete evans they seem to do no wrong i think his preference is defently asian food and he shows it quite openly

i used to be avid fan of mkr, but it is all about divas who can't cook. I switch over to masterchef:the professionals, sadly that has finished for the season. At least that show is about the cooking.

The producers really stuffed up this year. Those two, Ashlee and Sophia, that won tonight are the most horrible, egocentric, nasty and vicious people I have ever had the misfortune to see. They may be the best cooks in the world but they are the worst people ever. A bit of controversy can spice the show up but they have COMPLETELY ruined the show for me. I cannot watch any more. I just hope that they don't win.

They are a legend in their own lunch hour, nothing more.

i am really thinking about not watching any more Ashlee and Sophia are a disgrace they are so nasty come on channel 7 sort them out before you loose all viewers of what used to be a great show
