Neither Pete or Manu dosent know what does Indian rice pudding or Indian prawn currey taste or look like or even what's the receipe for that. In india no one makes rice pudding like this. they are just doing favour to Deniela and Stefania. its all %#@# Pete and Manu even never showed there talent what they know. Masterchef was far much better then this.

Perhaps sensibilities wouldn't have been offended if the Rice Pudding had been called Payasam, Payesh or Kheer? Had all the hallmarks of Kheer. *shrug*

John they were told to cook something inspired by a particular country, not an exact copy...

Have you ever heard of "congee" John? That's very much an Indian rice pudding and the spicies, etc. that the Italian girls used were consistent with Indian cuisine, so what's the problem?

Ha ha ha ha ha to the inane comment about the judges not knowing about the rice pudding. So many experts who maybe should have Manu and Pete's jobs! Let's defer to the experts.
