Just wondering about the who's who" : if anyone would like to give out a bit of background on what has happened on these forums over the seasons. Eg: who are the "regs" (yes I know it is icky but would like to know) and why are some of them not here anymore (noticed some are starting to trickle back). I was interested in this bunch because they seem to be getting a good serve from some of the less cliquey contributors and well new contributors are obviously new. I also found the reporting/igoring threats smacked of hypocrisy, and looks like they kept it going on behind the scenes. Have noticed some of them speak to each other, one even gives out personal info about the others on some of the threads and also asks personal questions when they met up on the threads (JC).
If Pig Man is being reported then why not report the annoying Duck who is forever harassing and posting "objectionable" content. Some of these people who cry out harassment about Pig Man, yet they are in cahoots with the Duck? Why demand moderation of only certain personality types - at least Pig Man is educated unlike the semi-literate Duck.

This is a public forum and as such everyone has a right to voice an opinion. Good / Bad or indifferent.
I think a few people who have been here awhile have the idea that they're admins and as such have the right to admonish, belittle and generally police threads and topics. All they really do is make it unpleasant for new posters at best and marginalize others at worst, The relatively comfortable anonymity of the internet makes it that much easier to say things one would never dream of in the real world.
