I'd like to see everyone in here try coping in similar situations! I bet a lot of attitudes would quickly change when viewing their play-back!
After the "heat" was off, Anne-Marie calmed down. It was just her individual way of trying to deal with the stresses.
Her and Nick's methods (and pace) of working are different...when one in a partnership is of a more fiery nature and probably more used to doing things his or herself, naturally when under the gun, so to speak, that person will lash out under such conditions.
God! There were many times...every time when I was under pressure when cooking in restaurants I wasn't the most pleasant person to be around, either...but once the pressure was off, everything changes...the atmosphere gets back to normal.
I've said all this before and am repeating myself, I know.
