Home and Away spoiler reveals terrifying moment: 'Someone gets shot'

Home and Away has ramped up the drama in the past few weeks, with famous Hollywood actress Stevie Marlow (Catherine Văn-Davies) bringing danger to Summer Bay in the form of a deranged fan.

Cash Newman (Nicholas Cartwright) has been working as Stevie’s bodyguard, and it looks like her creepy admirer isn’t done with her.

So far, her stalker has broken into her house, taken photos of her while she was asleep, and one of her former co-stars died in suspicious circumstances. Just recently, Sidney (Joshua McElroy) attempted to stab Stevie during a red-carpet event.

Leaked footage from a tense scene shot in Palm Beach in December 2023 showed that Cash was about to find himself in another terrifying situation. The show shoots approximately five to six months in advance, so this storyline is likely coming up soon.

A fan shared two videos of the scene in a popular Facebook fan group, saying: “I [would] like to confirm that someone gets shot. I don’t know who she is, I think she is new. Cash says her name but I can’t make out what it is.”

In the first video, Cash is seen running onto the beach, screaming what sounds to be like Eden’s name. Suddenly, the beachgoers panic and flee the scene.

In another video, Cash is holding a woman who is severely hurt, and yells at the people around him, shouting: “She’s been shot! Somebody call an ambulance!”

Who gets shot on Home and Away?

The woman Cash is holding on the beach has brown hair, but it’s hard to make out her face. It could be Stevie, or a number of other characters that fit this profile.

The fan who took the video said that Eden Fowler (Stephanie Panozzo) wasn’t there when they were filming, but it doesn’t mean she couldn’t be the one who was shot. There’s still a chance that it could be Eden, with a stunt double in her place during this setup.

The fan added that it wasn’t Leah Patterson (Ada Nicodemou) or Mackenzie Booth (Emily Weir), because those two characters weren’t in the scene.

Fans quickly speculated on Facebook, with one person saying: “It’s not a regular [cast member] we know. Maybe an extra or could be a newcomer?"

“It sounds like Cash said Beth, but I could be wrong,” another suggested.

“It looks like Eden when they stop filming and she sits up,” a third wrote.

“He may be calling out to Eden but it ain’t her who got shot,” another said.
