13 - The Best Thing That Ever Could Have Happened

When neighborhood handyman, Eli Scruggs, passes away, the residents of Wisteria Lane come to realize just how much he affected their lives. Gaby recalls how Eli helped her make new friends when she moved in; Lynette remembers how he came to her aide when she was overwhelmed and neglected Penny; Susan reflects on how he was always there for her as a shoulder to cry on each time a man walked out of her life; Edie looks back on their special friendship; and Bree thinks fondly of how a small gesture he once made helped get her to where she is today.

I was very upset that AFL was on instead. Living in remote queensland where viewing options are limited, channel 7 is my saving grace. However, sitting down to watch my favourite shows last night I was left bitterly disappointed. Please don't turn-off faithful viewers.

"Channel 7" Hope you replay the 13th episode of this season which is also the 100th episode overall "The Best Thing That Ever Could Have Happened" for all that missed out!! Poor choice choosing to play AFL at the time slot where the ladies normally watch and the guys make other plans so they don't have to watch!

i wasn´t able to watch it, too and i live near Melbourne...bloody AFL, why don´t you at least show that episode later so that the whole country can watch it and not only a few parts???

Last night in Perth instead of Desperate Housewives we got AFL. How on earth could those stupid programmers think that DH fans would even be remotely interested in something so boring as AFL. Why choose that prime time, I'm sure a later timeslot would have been good enough, sometime around 11.30. Anyhow I hope DH is back next in Perth, hope the rest of Australia enjoyed it.
