Screening in over 40 countries, 'Deal Or No Deal' has become an international television sensation in the 21st century. Hosted in Australia by Andrew O'Keefe, a distinguished intellectual property lawyer and one-time world theatresports champ, the show pits ordinary Australians against an insidious Banker intent on thwarting their chances at walking away with $200 000.

The rules are simple. There are 26 briefcases containing amounts ranging from 50c to $200 000. Choose one briefcase. You must then start opening cases, hoping to reveal small cash amounts, as it increases the chances of the $200 000 being in your case! As each round progresses, the Banker will try and tempt you to sell your case to him by offering you an amount of instant cash. You must either stick with your original briefcase choice ('No Deal'), or make a 'Deal' with the Banker to accept his cash offer in exchange for whatever dollar amount is in your chosen case.

In a half-hour scramble to secure the best Deal that they can, contestants must rely on their nerve and their luck as their fortunes are played out in front of the nation. Australians have walked away with millions of the Banker's money. They take huge risks, they employ strategy, they beg, they soar, they stumble, they trust in their luck, and they make decisions they will remember for the rest of their lives, but their ultimate fates all come down to one question: 'Deal Or No Deal?'
