How do you feel about being in the Grand Final?

I'm over the moon! I'm excited and terrified all at once. It has been so much fun and I would have never imagined that I would be still standing come the Grand Finale, so I can't wait! All I want to do is bring my best dance to the floor.

Are you nervous?

Yes! As I have been since episode one!

What can we expect from your performances on Sunday night?

First dance will be the Jive and it's going to be quite quick and we are going to have fun with that one. Our Freestyle routine is exactly the opposite, its quite dramatic with a really dramatic piece of music. So they are two contrasting dances and we thought that would be a good way to go. Plus there is the Cha Cha face-off, which I really don't what it is yet; I hope to find out before Sunday.

How many hours have you been training for the final?

Usually about 5 hours a day. I do the Morning Show till about 11:30am and I'm dancing by 12:30pm till about 5:00pm-6:00pm, depending on what day it is. So about 5 hours a day for the last 15 weeks.

What has been the highlight of the series for you so far?

Last week's semi-final was pretty special, Carmelo and I were really happy with our dances and we got some great scores and we won the dance-off, so that was a special night. Hopefully there are more special memories to come.

The highlight really has been dancing with Carmelo and getting to know Carmelo. I've learnt more than I could have possibly imagined, it's been amazing. Regardless of whether I take the mirror ball home or not, I will always have his friendship.

Any lowlights?

Exhaustion! But the exhaustion has been brought about trying to wear lots of hats. Even the exhaustion has been a wonderful thing for my fitness, it has improved dramatically. This is the fittest I have ever been my whole life, so through exhaustion has come some fitness. Every cloud has a silver lining.

Which was your favourite dance?

I really loved our Samba we did to Spice Girls; we got a 10 off Todd for that and our Tango, it was quite dramatic, I loved the performance aspect of the Tango. So they are probably a couple of stand-outs for me.

What do you think of your competitors?

They are fantastic competitors! Adam is such a cheeky little monkey, an entertainment machine and Matt is very passionate about what he does, so I'm in good company in this Grand Final. I've worked with Matt for many years, so it's nice to have him along side with me. And Adam is a country boy and I'm a country girl, I'm from Tamworth, so there is a nice feeling there amongst the three of us.

Who do you think will win?

I have no idea! It's who brings the best dances to the table and it's a public vote as well, so I don’t know.
