Stefano Olivieri

Two-time New Zealand Dancing With The Stars champion Stefano Olivieri returns for Series Nine.
Singer/dancer/actor Olivieri previously trained at the Actors Centre Australia before making a professional splash in 2002. That year, he appeared in the feature film The Quiet American, as well as two musicals, 'West Side Story' and 'Chicago'. He was named the Australian Ballroom and Australasian Dancesport Champion and performed at the Sydney Olympic Games Closing Ceremony.
Since then, Olivieri has accumulated numerous titles, including the 2003 Singapore International Open Professional Dancesport Champion, the 2003/2004 Australian Professional Dancesport Champion, the IDSF World Champion New Vogue and the 2005 to 2007 Australian Professional Dancesport Champion.
Theatrically, he has appeared in 'Cruisin'', 'Footloose', 'Ballroom – The Musical', 'Floorplay' and 2004 and 2006 seasons of 'Burn The Floor'. He also directed the musical version of 'Moulin Rouge'.

Hi stefano. it is good to see you are danceing here in melb. my family has being till me all bout you when you were danceing on the show in new zealand and said you were very good. and i would have to say the same thing to. but i would have to add to that you are very good looking and very sexy. if you had any free time when you are in melb it you be nice to meet up with you. and all the best in the show you will do very will. cheers

To those who feel the need to post useless comments, such as "i don't like him" and "too many teeth", please keep those very rude thoughts to yourself. This is a dancing competition, not a beauty pageant nor a place where you should post your judgements of people to yourself. Keep up the great work, Stefano. I enjoy your choreography and value your patience. Well done for tonight!

hi stefano, i am a ballroom dancer too! I love watching you dance no matter who your partner is. Your choreography is brilliant, it always brings out the exact mood of the dance. I never miss the show. Believe it or not watching you dance has helped me improve. I competed on Sunday and got golds in all my events. Thankyou
