His latest album Hell Of A Ride debuted at No.1 on the ARIA Top 20 Australian Country Chart and with twelve Golden Guitars, two platinum and three gold albums and two gold DVD's, Adam is preparing for another challenge as a contestant in Dancing With The Stars.

Born 27 January 1970 in Perth, Western Australia, Adam spent his early teens playing drums in church bands around Colac and Geelong. Adam then heard an album by US country band 'Boy Howdy' and decided he must become a country singer.

In early 1997 Adam decided to take his music seriously and made the pilgrimage to the Tamworth Country Music Festival to busk on Peel Street, and in September signed a record deal with Festival Records.

He released his self-titled debut album in 1998 which featured three songs that become #1 hits - Last Man Standing, Grandpa's Piano and Dirt Track Cowboys. In January 1999 he won three Golden Guitar Awards - APRA Song of the Year (Last Man Standing), Best New Talent and Best Music Video (Last Man Standing). Later that year the album was certified Gold.

In early 2001, Adam won three CMAA Golden Guitar Awards, this time the big trifecta - APRA Song of the Year (Good Things In Life), Best Album and Male Vocalist Of The Year.

When you listen to Adam's first few albums the themes are pretty consistent: Fun, family, friends and fast cars. These themes continue on subsequent albums but the naivety of the early albums gives way to an inevitable maturity... albeit with the essentials of reckless fun and frivolity still well and truly present!

In 2009 Adam's new album Hell Of A Ride debuted at No.1 on the ARIA Top 20 Australian Country Chart and No. 4 on the ARIA Australian Albums Chart.

Now, twelve Golden Guitars, two platinum albums, three gold albums and two gold live DVD's later, Adam is preparing for another challenge as a contestant in Dancing With The Stars.

THE LAST MAN STANDING.. ADAM BRAND!! Many people that I have spoken to loved you on the show and many had never heard of you before DWTS, you won new fans just by being YOU.. who your fans know and love.. WELL DONE Adam and Jade! You both worked hard and didn't let us down and vice versa!!

Sorry mate, you did not deserve to win. This was supposed to be a dancing comp and although you did very well you really were extremely lucky to take out the honour. Sorry for the other contestant, he did work hard but then so did you but unfortunately you just did not have the better technique. Thats life!!!

You were fantastic together and I hope you make a happy life together , enjoy the journey.
