Homicide is running an investigation where they have to track corpses, suspects, and the lives of victims unknown. When they discover the dead were young lovers, motive points toward a jealous ex. But could it simply be a case of wrong place/wrong time?

The team must put aside emotion and focus on using all means at their disposal to find a killer. But for Simon, this savage crime may be the one to push him over the edge.
