Virgin Mary
4 x oysters
80mls tomato juice
Splash Tabasco
1 teaspoon worstershire sauce
1 stick celery
Method
Mix ingredients together
Place oyster in shot glass and pour Virgin Mary mix over.
Add 1 stick of celery.
Tempura with wasabi aioli
100 grams plain flour
100 grams corn flour
200 mls cold soda water
Method
Mix both flours together add cold soda water.
Lightly flour oyster then dip into tempura mix take out and fry in 180C oil till golden brown.
Place oyster back into shell and top with wasabi mayonnaise.
For wasabi mayonnaise you can make your own or buy a good quality mayo and add wasabi paste to how hot you like it.
Natural with soy and ginger dipping sauce
50 mls Light soy sauce
50mls Lemon Juice
50 mls Mirin (Japanese rice wine)
1 knob Fresh ginger (grated fine)
10 mls sesame oil
Method
Mix all ingredients together and top small amount over the oysters
