VINCE AND BETTY: Vince and Betty Cairncross met in 1956 and married a year later. They have two sons and two daughters and a whole host of grandchildren and have always lived in south west Sydney. Vince retired from a career in signwriting eight years ago and has volunteered for the Bankstown Theatrical Society since 1983. He's perfomed in shows and supported behind the scenes as well, painting sets for productions since that time. Betty tells us that a homemaker and Mum never retires! PETS: Rachele Lowe has been the resident vet on Sunrise since 2003. Before that she did regular pet segments on the Lifestyle Channel. She also writes a weekly column for New Idea.
