What you'll need:

- A coat hanger or thick stick
- Coloured string or material
- Fishing wire
- Things to hang on your wind chime; old soda cans, spoon and forks, shells, feathers, old CD's... anything that is not too heavy.

What to do:

- Wrap the material or coloured string around the stick so that it is completely covered.
- Now tie some fishing wire around the objects you want to hang up. Try and make the wire different lengths so that a better noise is created when the wind blows.
- NOTE: The heavier items should be towards the middle of the hanger for balance.
- Then tie the objects to the hanger and blow lightly. Listen to the cool sound it makes.
