3 Cups Self-raising flour
Pinch of salt
80g butter, chilled & cubed
3/4 cup water
How to make your very own damper:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees
2. Place baking paper onto a tray
3. Mix the salt and flour in a cooking bowl
4. Chuck in the butter and use your fingers to make it into a breadcrumb texture.
5. Add in the water and gently stir through with a plastic knife
6. Now pull the mixture out of the bowl and onto a floured tray
7. Knead it all together so you have a big lump of dough
8. Now draw small lines in the top and pop it in the oven.
9. Cook in the oven for thirty minutes and serve with jam and butter. Yummo!
