Materials needed:

- Cardboard
- Paint & Glue
- Ribbon
- A glass/cup

1. Trace around the end of a glass onto a piece of cardboard. You'll end up with a circle! For every medal you want to make you need two circles. Cut out the circles - but be careful with your scissors!
2. Paint each circle on one side. You can paint them in the Olympic medal colours of gold, silver or bronze or whatever you feel like! Now wait for them to dry.
3. Once they have dried you can decorate them! Write words, sprinkle some glitter - it's all up to you.
4. Pop some glue on the plain side of the circle and stick it to the circle's plain side. Now get some ribbon, fold it in half and put the folded corner in the middle of the circles and squeeze them together!
5. Now tie the two loose ends together and you have your very own medals!
