- Small sponge pieces (various shapes if possible)
- Clothes pegs
- Paint -small amounts in shallow trays
- Sheet of paper
- Apron

What you do:

- Put on an apron - things can get rather messy!
- Pick up and hold the sponge pieces with a peg
- Dip the sponge into some paint then dab or drag it onto the paper making pictures and patterns
- Keep the sponge pieces in their original colour tray to avoid mixing colours.
- Have fun and be creative!
