At only five months old, Christina made her acting debut on a television commercial for Playtex disposable nappies.

Christina went to high school with actress Milla Jovovich.

She is a supporter of animal rights group PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals), and she is also a vegetarian.

When she was 13 years old, Christina shaved her head to be rebellious. She ended up getting more acting work because she looked so different.

Christina has numerous tattoos including one of her mother's name, an apple beneath her navel, vines on both ankles and the name of her church.

She divorced Johnathon Schaech, her longtime boyfriend and husband of almost six years in August 2007.
