Wade Williams has had a prolific career in television, film and theatrical productions. On the big screen, Williams will star alongside Maria Bello and Alison Lohman in the film Flicka, scheduled for release this October. He has appeared in such features as Jarhead, Collateral, Ali and Erin Brockovich. His television appearances include Over There, Six Feet Under, 24, NYPD Blue, CSI and in the recurring role of Father Cronin on The Bernie Mac Show.

Williams was raised with his three siblings in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Although he had a passion for drama and music he graduated high school intending to study medicine at the University of Tulsa. However, after signing up for voice lessons, Williams changed his career plans. He complemented his bachelor's degree in theatrical studies with a Masters of Fine Arts in Acting from Rutgers' Mason Gross School of the Arts, where he studied under William Esper.

Upon graduation, Williams landed a job with Joseph Papp at the New York Shakespeare Festival. He debuted at the Delicort Theatre in Central Park in The Taming of the Shrew with Morgan Freeman and Tracy Ullman, and appeared in Richard III with Denzel Washington. Williams continued to perform on and off-Broadway and toured nationally in productions such as Guys and Dolls, Les Miserables, Kiss of the Spiderwoman, Ragtime and Showboat.

Williams' fascination with the arts and music extends into photography, songwriting and playing the harmonica, guitar and fiddle. His adventurous side takes him to the mountains, where he enjoys hiking and mountain biking.
