If you ask Tom, brands and bludging are two words that go a long way to defining his character.
Tom lives with his parents and his younger sister, and says he "lives for brands", expensive ones at that, but has no means of supporting his obsession.
His says his top five brands are Gucci, Prada, Polo, Dolce and Gabana and Sportscraft, and that he wants to get into the high fashion industry.
"I want to make a name for myself, be desired by big labels, and of course, the money, everything's about money," he says, presumably so he can buy the aforementioned brands.
But for now, Tom, who is studying commerce at university, has to settle for his primary means of income.
"I bludge off my parents," he says.
But he does do odd jobs to fulfil parts of his fashion desires and definitely has a creative streak.
"If you need a hole dug, I'm your man," he says proudly, adding that his parents are building a house that he often helps out with for a fee. "I also buy cheap things and wear them in a way that makes them look expensive," he says.
And his style must be unique.
"If I see someone wearing the same thing as me out I have to leave," he says.
Despite his arrogance, of which he's proud, Tom is also a sponge for information and advice from the judges.
"I want to get to know the fashion industry. With guys like Tyson (Beckford) involved, you'd be mad not to take in every bit of information they're willing to give you," he says.
"I want to come across as the spoilt little brat, because I guess that's what I am.
There's no point in lying, you'll always get caught."

The Finale
You have the look; great charisma; confidence and much more to give.
Good luck.
