'MAKE ME A SUPERMODEL' VIEWER VOTING
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
'Make Me a Supermodel' Viewer Voting is the process of registering a vote for your favourite model contestant either via SMS or by calling a 1902 number as advertised on the program during 'Make Me a Supermodel' on The Seven Network.
Your use of, and/or access to the SMS or 1902 voting services constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use. The Seven Network reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at any time. Since you are bound by these Terms of Use, you should ensure that you have read and fully understood them. The Terms of Use are available on the Seven Network website (www.yahoo7.com.au/supermodel).
By voting, you will be automatically entered into the competition for a chance to win the following prize package:
- 1 x Holden Barina 3 door Hatch Automatic Transmission with Style Pack with metallic paint to the maximum value of $14,490
- On road costs including delivery to the winners nearest dealer, statutory charges, registration and compulsory third party insurance to the maximum value of $2,800
- Return business class airfares between winner's closest Australian state capital city and Milan for two (2) adults to the maximum value of $10,222.08
- Seven (7) night's accommodation in 5 star hotel (twin share) for two people in Milan to the maximum value of $5,950
- Return transfers for two people from airport to hotel to the maximum value of $525
- $5,000 spending money

Entry into the competition is in accordance with the Holden Barina 'Make Me A Supermodel' Promotion terms and conditions. The terms and conditions and are available on the Yahoo!7 website (www.yahoo7.com.au) and will govern the rules of the competition. The promoter of the competition is Seven Network (Operations) Ltd (ABN 65 052 845 262) and the competition is authorised under VIC permit number: 08/3653, SA permit number: T 08/3301, NSW permit number: LTPS/08/08128, ACT permit number: TP 08/03349. 'Make Me A Supermodel' SMS Voting is open to users who are connected to the Telstra, Vodafone, Optus, Virgin, Orange, 3 and participating service provider customers with SMS compatible mobile digital phones.
2. 'Make Me A Supermodel' 1902 voting is open to users who have access to 190 telephone-calling services.

3. To cast a SMS vote for your favourite model contestant, using 'Make Me A Supermodel' SMS Voting Service, you must send a text message from your mobile handset, with the first name only of the model contestant you would like to vote for to 191 777.
4. When registering your vote using 'Make Me A Supermodel' SMS voting service, you will receive an SMS message in return to confirm your vote has been received. You will also be given the opportunity to OPT-IN to receive further communication from the Seven Network and GM Holden Ltd upon your first SMS vote. If you reply to this SMS message you will be charged $0.55.
5. All SMS OPT-IN replies become the property of the Promoter and GM Holden Ltd. m.Net Corporation Ltd is collecting all opt-in entries on behalf of The Seven Network and GM Holden Ltd. The Seven Network supports permission based marketing. All SMS OPT-IN replies will be entered into a database for the purpose of Seven and/or GM Holden Ltd contacting you directly about Seven and/or GM Holden Ltd, its brands, special offers and other promotions without notice.

6. To cast a Telephone vote for your favourite model contestant, using 'Make Me A Supermodel' 1902 Voting Service, you must call the 1902 number that corresponds to your favourite model contestant each week, as advertised during the programme. The 1902 voting numbers are detailed below:

7. Upon registering your vote using 'Make Me A Supermodel' 1902 voting service, you will hear a recorded message on the telephone line, confirming receipt of your vote.
8. You must ensure that all care is taken when dialling or sending messages to both the SMS and 1902 voting services. It is your responsibility to ensure that you dial the correct numbers or SMS the correct first name. The Seven Network, Endemol Southern Star and the voting Service Provider will not be liable for costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error.
9. 'Make Me A Supermodel' Voting service will be available from Thursday 28 August 2008 and will continue until the date notified to viewers as part of the broadcast of the Programme. The service will first be available for all states at the end of the program at approximately 8.30pm AEST on Thursday 28 August 2008 until 9am AEST on Friday 29 August 2008. Then from each week thereafter (from Thursday 4 September 2008 onwards) the service will be available from the time notified to viewers as part of the broadcast of the Programme AEST each week until 9am AEST the next day (Friday), unless otherwise notified to viewers as part of the broadcast each Thursday, based on Eastern State's Time-zones.
10. The voting opening and closing times for 'Make Me A Supermodel' using both the 'Make Me A Supermodel' 190 and SMS Voting Services are subject to change and may not be the same each week, however this will be clearly communicated to viewers as part of the broadcast of the Programme.
11. Votes registered using the 'Make Me A Supermodel' 1902 Voting service, will be charged at 55 cents (including GST). Calls made from mobile phones may attract a higher rate.
12. Votes registered using 'Make Me A Supermodel' SMS voting service, will be charged up to 55 cents (including GST). This includes Telstra, Vodafone, Optus, Virgin, Orange, 3 and participating service provider customers.
13. Any SMS votes submitted and received by the m.Net Corporation database after the specified voting period has closed will not be included in the vote tally for that period but will be charged up to 55 cents (including GST).
14. Any 1902 votes registered and received by the m.Net Corporation database after the specified voting period has closed will not be included in the vote tally for that period but will be charged at 55 cents (including GST).
15. SMS entries via the internet or computer generation are invalid and will not be accepted.
16. Each viewer 190 vote or SMS vote registers ONE vote for your nominated favourite model contestant to stay in the show. The model contestant with the lowest viewer vote each week will be eliminated from the show.
17. There will be eliminations throughout the series until there is one model contestant remaining which will then be determined as the winner of Make Me A Supermodel Series 1.
18. Under no circumstances (including but not limited to any act or omission on the part of The Seven Network, Endemol Southern Star and the Service Provider) will The Seven Network, Endemol Southern Star or the Service Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential damages or loss of profits whatsoever which result from any use or access of, or any inability to use or access the SMS or 1902 voting services.
19. Except where not able to be excluded by law: a) all content for voting Services are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, b) Your mobile telephone carrier and its suppliers expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, c) Neither your mobile telephone carrier nor The Seven Network, Endemol Southern Star or the voting Service Provider warrants that access to both the SMS and 190 voting Services will be available, uninterrupted, free from delay or error-free or that any defects will be corrected.
20. The charges for all SMS and 1902 voting Services will appear on your next mobile / telephone bill. All queries relating to mobile / telephone bills should be directed to your mobile or telephone carrier.
21. All information, text, audio, material, graphics, software and advertisements contained in or forming the Voting Services ("Content") are the property of The Seven Network and Endemol Southern Star its suppliers and/or licensors (including your telephone carrier) unless expressly indicated otherwise. The Content is protected by Australian and international copyright and trademark laws. You must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, frame, upload to a third party, post, transmit or distribute this Content in any way unless expressly authorised in writing by The Seven Network and Endemol Southern Star.
22. SMS is not a guaranteed delivery communication tool. The Seven Network, Endemol Southern Star and the Service Provider cannot accept responsibility for any SMS messages not received, any SMS reply message or for any delay in the delivery of the SMS message due to technical disruptions, network congestion, network failures or for any other reason. A vote is validated and included in the tally following receipt into the m.Net Corporation database from the carriers.
23. If for any reason this voting service is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this voting service, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the voting process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the voting service.
