Coming to the finale, who do you think deserves the title most?
I must say I'm very happy with the three finalists, however from an industry perspective I believe Shanina deserves it. She's been focused and professional throughout the competition and probably has the most scope to live up to the title. I also like Rhys' look. 

Who has shown the most growth?
Rhys has definitely shown the most growth. Not only in his look, but approach to the industry and challenges throughout the process. Courtney also has grown and developed enormously throughout the show.

Is there anyone not in the Final 3 you would have liked to have seen there?
I honestly believe the Final 3 absolutely deserve to be there. There are a few in the 14 that we will take on at Chadwick Model Agency and feel confident they will become good working models. Apart from the final 3 they are Isaac, Tom and Luke. Brooke also has an interesting look.

What moment involving any of the Final 3 has really touched you?
I couldn't put my finger on one particular moment but all three have maintained a competitive edge while treating each other with respect and integrity.

What challenges will the winner face?
The winner will have to live up to the title with a certain amount of expectation, however the runner-up will be free to focus on a career at their own pace.

What was your favourite moment of the entire comp?
Seeing the Final 14 finalists as a group for the first time, selected out of the 40 brought to Sydney. It was very late, after a long and tumultuous weekend of challenges and selection processes so to see the 14 that would go into the house, knowing all their lives would alter to some degree, was very exciting. With very few exceptions, I think they have all acquitted themselves very well.
