"I think if there's anything still there between Tom and Shanina they should admit it because they will just do themselves damage otherwise. Billy and I got so much crap about being together at the start, but when we knew what was happening, we were honest about it. Shanina tries to come off all innocent but they just need to admit to what's going on and stop cheating the public. They've kinda come clean... but I don't actually know what's gone on aside from him getting caught kissing her on the shoulder. Personally, I think a lot is gong on besides that.

It's nice to know they've opened up a little bit – but the beans will spill eventually and there's not much time remaining!

I was devastated that Hannah went home because we became really close and shared a bedroom and everything. It sucked losing her.

At the moment I am coping with the house dramas quite well. Sometimes it comes to the stage where you can't be bothered to deal with something, but you sleep on it and wake up and feel fresh again. There are less people here now, so everyone's more on top of each other around the house. Billy and I are close, Tom and Shanina are close, Rhys is close with Tom, and Rhys and Billy are friends... the connections are closer and tighter now, whereas before you could just mingle. Now, you have to be careful who you speak to because you could get irritated by them or they get irritated by you.

This week's challenge was a ropes activity against a wall – and we were up really high! I am really terrified of heights – I can't even jump off a 2m diving board, I will climb down! We were suspended on ropes and I was flipping out, but when I got up and had a few seconds to breath, I managed to recover. It was amazing and something I will never have the chance to do again.

I liked my photo this week, although there have been other photos in my portfolio that I have liked more. It sucked because Billy came to watch my photoshoot. He was just standing there looking at me and mouthing stuff. I couldn't work out what he was saying, but he was trying to get 'sexy' out of me and although I tried to bring it myself, apparently I can't!

Catwalk was really hard. The judges told me there was a really noticeable difference between myself and Shanina and I was like, 'What! Don't compare me to her just because she's the only other girl left!" I know she has a better walk and is better at photoshoots than me, but she came in knowing stuff about modelling. I came in knowing nothing. I am not perfect at it, but I am doing my best. It's tough when we're the only two girls there to be compared but I would rather hear about what I have to improve on.

If I don't win, I would like to see Rhys win and I would not like to see Tom or Shanina win. I think they've been the favourites since day one – Shanina particularly. I feel like it's been 'all hail the queen' and her vibe is, 'I have got this in the bag.' I feel that Tom is too arrogant to win this comp. Outside of here, he may be a totally different person but in here, he is really arrogant. I've always said Rhys is my biggest competition."
