Hey. OMG! OMG! There's been a lot of chatter the last few days that something big might go down at the LOST panel at the San Diego Comic Con this weekend - and it was all true. The details are still coming in (yes, it really is 7am) but here's what I know so far.
A panel was held for LOST with Jorge Garcia (Hurley), Daniel Dae Kim (Jin), Carlton Cuse, Bryan Burk and Damon Lindelof (producers). During this panel, a Q&A session with the team was hijacked by none other than RACHEL BLAKE!!! Thanks so Speaker for this (early/rough) transcript:
DAMON: It's a philanthrophic organisation that we created for the purposes of LOST.
RACHEL: Those films are real. We deserve the truth. Don't be cute. You're promoting them as some force for good and they're not. Okay, they claim to have a monkey named Joop, how can you...?
(crowd applaudes for Joop. Damon and Carlton begin to whisper to one another)
RACHEL: Stop... Stop that! (Something about Africa?) How do you explain the deaths of Darla Taft and Hugh McIntye? Where is Alavar Hanso?
DAMON: He's a character on our show. He's fictional. He appears in a window on our show.
RACHEL: No He's real. The Hanso Foundation is real. I have proof. Go to hansoexposed.com.
(at this point, Rachel was escorted from the building with the URL on her tshirt)
I'm off to bed, and to try and wrap my head around this. It's all real?
Namaste
