The Heroic Lost Ninja

Did you see Widmore Labs?!?!

Hey, and another great ep! Go crazy, ninja style! I've been given the heads up that I might get some new people coming to check out my blog by the guy who runs the LOST site - and after that ep, I can see why! So if you're new, I bet there's a burning question that you need an answer to, and I've got the goods for you on Widmore Labs, or should I say, Widmore Industries... But before that, you need to know why that name means so much to those of us who are learning the truth online.

Let me be the first to say - Sun really needs to tell the whole truth. Did she sleep with baldy or not? I can't believe baldy was still around too, he made this big deal about leaving to follow his heart to the States - and then he comes back all charming? Not happy, Sun! Hey! The secret clue is up on the main site - and I get a mention!Australian

But back to why you're probably here - did you notice that the pregancy test that Sun got from Sawyer had Widmore Labs written on it? Well, if you think back a few weeks ago, remember there was a strange ad for The Hanso Foundation, "building a better tomorrow", that broke through during an episode of LOST? Well, some of us called the number on our screens that night, and for the past month we've been learning the shocking truths about what The Hanso Foundation is really up to thanks to the hacker Persephone, and through learning about Hanso, we've begun learning more about Widmore Industries.Ninjas

Persephone's been smuggling out messages and showing us stuff that'll knock your socks off through their site, www.thehansofoundation.org - Hanso are definitely not the good natured people they make themselves out to be. They are conducting all sorts of experiments, none of which are by any standards, well... normal. You should head to their site, and check out their Active Projects - weirdness, I'm telling you. It makes my ninja senses tense just thinking about it. Then, sign up for the newsletter (the password is breaking strain) and send Joop, the 105 year-old orangutan, a message - you'll recieve your first clue from Persephone. Make sure you read the Press Release about Gary Troup's Bad Twin on the Hanso homepage as well - it's very important to us Aussies, as the Hanso Foundation managed to stop Bad Twin being released down here..Email

Since then, P's unlocked heaps. My mate Speaker over in the US runs a LOST blog too, and he's all up to speed on the clues - he's even compiled all the steps into Weekly Round-Ups, and he's letting me link them - don't worry, there's no spoilers for the show! Week 5 will be up soon.me

Week 1 Round-Up

Week 2 Round-Up

Week 3 Round-Up

Week 4 Round-Up

So, in case you haven't heard... the author of Bad Twin, the book Hanso is so concerned about, disappeared in the crash of Oceanic 815. He submitted the manuscript whilst in Sydney the day before he left for LA, and Hyperion have recently published the book posthumously. Hanso really aren't happy. You see, the book is fiction based on truths about a pair of twins, one supposedly good, the other supposedly bad. One has run away from the family, and so the other has hired a PI to track him down and bring him home. Oh, and the brothers' names? Cliff and Zander WIDMORE, heirs to the vast Widmore Industries fortune and companies. And it's mentioned in the book that Widmore and The Hanso Foundation are located in the same building - in fact, Alvar Hanso, benefactor of the Dharma Initiative, used to sit on Widmore Industries board! That's a major link, no doubt about, ninjas...about

Now we have Alvar Hanso and his Foundation, Dharma and, thanks to the late Gary Troup (check out the video interviews with Troup on the Amazon page for more shocking truths) we are now aware of Widmore's involvement. Oh, and Heavy Paik - recognise the name, crafty snoopy ninjas? Daddy either doesn't know or really doesn't like Jin... He also wrote another book named The Valenzetti Equation, but he claims that Alvar Hanso has the only copy of his non-fiction book. No one knows exactly what the book is about, but many speculate the Valenzetti managed to work out an equation to predict the end of the world. You can read more about it on Gary Troup's site - www.garytroup.netBad

I was up super-ninja early this morning, as Persephone had a timer counting down towards when she would next smuggle the truth out. My last post has the details of how to unlock it, but after mulling it over all day, I can only think of one thing that P must be trying to show us here - Hanso is responsible for those sharks, logos be damned. What do you ninjas all think? Oh, and don't forget to sign the SAVE JOOP petition - 7500 people have already voice their outcry over Hanso's experimentation on the elderly oranguatan, including heaps of Aussies and Kiwis!Twin!!!

I'll be back later with more thoughts on the show, and be sure to check soon as I'll let you know as soon as DJ Dan next podcast goes up - Dan always shuts down the Man, and he has his eyes set on Alvar Hanso - I love it! And those of you who've been asking about Bad Twin, don't forget to search for my hidden clues...

Namaste

EDIT: DJ Dan's new podcast is up, like, NOW! Be the first to hear it - snoopage, ninjas, snoopage!
