Phasing

Phasing refers to a character's ability to move or 'phase' through solid objects. DL Hawkins can quite literally walk through walls.

In actual fact, DL can do more than that. DL can phase and 'unphase' selected parts of his body - something not commonly seen in other fictional characters with this ability. This means he can phase his arm through a door, unphase his fingers so as to unlock the door from the other side and then phase his whole arm back through.

Phasing is both a means of attack and defence allowing you to slip through walls to evade danger (or imprisonment) or pass your hand through a person's defences - even their own body - in order to subdue them.

Love the show and would like to see it twice a week. What a great imagination, 'super powers' how would our world be today if people like this really existed?

Yeh, but us open minded people are probably the minority, if people like this existed, im sure there would be panic, jelocy and all sorts of crazy sh1t going on.

If there are people with even the smallest ability in these feilds, the goverment is right in saying "you want the truth, you cant handle the truth" and for the most part they are right, most people just arn't open minded enough to handle something like that.

if he can go through stuff he could make bullets pass through him so how come he was dyin when shot by nikki he could reach in n take bullet out ay. still his ability isnt amazing itas boring but would still be cool. he would be unaffected by explosions they could pass threopugh him i reckon if he trains his ability.

Zac151 if you noticed he made a bullet go through his head. maybe he doesn't have such a control as to get something like a bullet outside of him once it is in. remember the heroes get better and better at their powers the more they use it.

*spoiler alert*
DL uses his power to put his fist inside Mr lindermans head and squishing his brain (to kill him). this is just after he is shot taking the bullet for NIkki but for some reason he can't get the bullets out... so... if something is in him h

My guess is that DL has complete control of his powers and that they are not reflexive at all. For this type of power that is tragic, since he got shot in the chest and realised he was being shot at then "activated" his power. If the bullet hadn't missed he would have been dead due to his "inactive" power. Not my favourite power, but is kinda cool.

DL i reckon is lyk the only person who can control their power for eg every tym he has used his power he has controlled it its not lyk he all of a sudden lost control of it or anything.
nd wen he had taken that bullet i think he didnt want to phase it out or else it would of hit niki so it makes sense why its still in him.
