Wow what an episode! George and Lexie, Izzie and Alex and of course Meredith and McDreamy!

Will McDreamy end things with Rose? What will happen between Alex and Izzie? Was this the best episode of season 4?

Definitly the best ep of season 4....and yes derek will actually leave rose...shonda herself has said this..meredith and derek are together for good....

loved the ep and cant wait for season 5 :D

OM gosh!!! I LOVE GREY'S ANATOMY AND THIS WAS THE BEST SEASON FINALE I HAVE EVER SEEN. AND YES I AGREE THAT THIS DOUBLE EPISODE WAS THE BEST IN THE SEASON! (possibly coz mer/der got back together and meredith is happier)!! CAN'T WAIT FOR SEASON 5!!

I don't know, I guess, compared to all the other season finales, this has got to be not the greatest. I exected much more.
There was a major charactor change like WOAHW! I think Meredith and Derek, will settle down and actually stay together, weell considering Shonda said so then yeah! :D

so.... good best episode yet and so sweet, the house of candles awww and i was just so happy, Meredith and Derek together again hopefully.It would be so slack if he brakes up with rose then she changes her mind i mean you saw that look on her face the what am i doing i have to get out of this face.

OMG what a great show! the best being the last 5 minutes, just the look on Dereks face as he was walking towards Meredith while she is arguing with him and then the KISS!! i want more!! dont think that i can wait until the next season. when is the next season due to start?

omg best show ever omg omg, the ending was so good, how meredith and derik hook up there ment to be together. and she's starting to believe in fate!! and when deriek was walking to meredith when she was arguing. omg best season finale ever. I miss it already.
